About Pan i bulka

One bake, one week, one table.

Pan i bulka is a one-woman bakery. Mariia bakes every Friday in a small home oven next to Plaza del Carmen, with organic flours from Castellón and a rye starter alive since 2019. On Saturdays, breads and cakes come out at eight and are picked up between nine and one. What isn't reserved isn't baked — so nothing is wasted.
