Our Shu isn't a tiny "one-bite dessert." They're big, generous with cream, and built for real pleasure. Pan i Bulka is a small home bakery run by Olha next to Torrefiel market in Valencia. We bake daily, to order. Pastries need at least 4 hours' notice, sourdough bread at least 2 days. Pickup is daily from 10:00 to 21:00.
